RULES AND REGULATION
ROLE OF THE PARENTS:
The primary right and duty to educate rest with the parents. In the home, more than any other place, parents teach by their example, reverence for God and respect for the dignity of others. They are also tremendously influential in cultivating virtues such as love, justice, generosity, loyalty, industry and honesty.
SCHOOL SCHEDULE:
Students should be in school by 8:10 AM. All children go directly to their classroom. Regular dismissal time is 2:30 PM and 12:15 PM on Wednesdays.
LATENESS:
Children arriving after the normal time will receive a late pass.
DISMISSAL:
Parents are responsible to pick up their children at dismissal time. In extraordinary circumstances arrangements must be made with the Principal or Teacher in advance.
ATTENDANCE:
Regularity of attendance and punctuality are important in the academic progress of the child. Legal absences include sickness, death in the family, unsafe weather conditions, required presence in court and religious observance.
DISCIPLINE:
Discipline develops self-control, orderliness, efficiency and character. Students must show respect for faculty, school property and fellow students.
ADMISSIONS:
Students of any race, color or ethnic origin are admitted. New students are on probation for one academic year.
TRANSFERS:
The school must be notified at least two weeks prior to transfer. Withdrawal Form must be signed by a parent or guardian.
RE-REGISTRATION:
Re-registration occurs yearly. All financial obligations must be satisfied before the new session.
SPECIAL SCHEDULES:
Parents must check the monthly calendar for early dismissal or holidays.
RELIGIOUS EVENTS:
Students are required to attend religious functions conducted by the school.
DRESS CODE:
Wearing uniform is mandatory. Hair must be neat. Jewelry and make-up are restricted. Proper school shoes are required.
